Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is a raster editing program that works with pixels to crop, edit, and manipulate images.  It is used in magazines and ads and almost every source of media in some way to adjust the image and make it more aesthetically pleasing.  I am proud of my magazine cover because it is about one of my favorite artists and I paid close attention to details such as alignment and color to make everything precise.

We also did other projects such as the layers project that taught us how to overlay images and crop and select specific parts of that image.  We also learned design concepts in our colors and emotions mini-unit that taught me what emotions corresponded to which emotions, which is important to advertising and marketing.
